My Father is a Tetris Game
by Jonathan A. Goldberg
directed by Alexis Poledouris

MY FATHER IS A TETRIS GAME is the story of a young American girl, Jotti Szillo, who travels to Russia during the cold war because she believes her dead father is communicating to her through her Tetris game. Different plot threads twist, combine, bleed, and branch off from each other as this surrealist play explores our need to find answers in a random world.

Newly inaugurated first Lady Hillary Clinton, Gemma Gammer a public access TV host, and a woman who might be Richard Nixon all play apart in the mystery of Jotti Szillo. Presented with strong images, lyrical and rich dialogue, and engaging visual projects, this surrealist tragedy is both moving and provoking.
